1. Eligibility

3. Course Enrolment & Payment

When you enrol in a CareerEx course, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of enrolment. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may be subject to change.

• Full payment and instalment options are available for most programs
• Instalment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule
• Course access is granted upon receipt of the first payment
• Promotional discounts or scholarships are subject to specific terms

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment. If you are not satisfied with the program within this period, you may request a full refund. After the 14-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, branding, logos, and related intellectual property are owned by CareerEx or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access course content for personal learning purposes only.

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Screenshots or recordings of live sessions require prior written consent
• Your capstone projects and assignments remain your intellectual property
• We may feature anonymised student work for marketing with your consent

6. Code of Conduct

CareerEx is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful learning environment. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat fellow students, tutors, and staff with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• Complete assignments with academic integrity (no plagiarism)
• Participate actively in cohort activities and group projects
• Report any violations of this code to our team

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerEx provides career education and training. While we strive to deliver high-quality programs and career support, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, or job placement. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other external factors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to the CareerEx community. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
